Follow these steps to search the Academic Search Complete database. If you have any questions, contact a librarian.

  1. Click this link for Academic Search Complete.
If you are not at a Tri-C Campus,
type your Tri-C S-number and password on the Tri-C Library Remote Authentication page, then click Submit(Tri-C faculty and staff: Type user ID and password.)
  2. On the Academic Search Complete search page, type words that describe your topic (keywords) in the boxes at the top of the page. If you type a word in more than one box, the database will find articles that include all the words in all the boxes.
  3. Under Filters - Limit your results, select the Full Text checkbox.
  4. Click Search. Your result list of articles will contain your keywords, with the most recent articles at the top of the list.
