The Tri-C Library is an academic library, and as Tri-C Faculty Librarians, our most important duty is to teach students how to do research. 

So, our preference is to work with you in person, by chat, or on the phone and walk you through the research process.

However, if you are having issues with your Internet or not finding what you need on your own, we can search with you or, if that's not practical, we can find articles for you and send them to you via e-mail. 

If you need immediate assistance from a librarian, during library hours, you can:

• Chat with a librarian.

• Call a librarian.

When the library is closed, you can:

• Email a librarian.

• Submit a question on the page you are viewing right now. Just click Submit a Question in the Contact Us box. Type your question, with as much detail as possible, then type your email address. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
